Has over 15 years of cross functional experience with over a decade in Market Research & Consulting
• Responsible for running M&M’s customer success operations, in the European region; assisting clients by understanding their revenue goals and strategic objectives and supporting them with M&M’s research capabilities
• Partners with client stakeholders across the organization, supporting them from the project ideation to delivery, conclusion to revenue impact
• Spearheads new logo acquisition and account management initiatives across Healthcare, Electronics, Engineering, Automotive and Media, in Europe and North America
