Agreed Terms between the Organiser (MarketsandMarkets Conferences) and the Delegate:
Delegate Registration includes: Access to all conference presentations, workshops and panel sessions and networking/social events, conference workbook, lunches and scheduled refreshment breaks.
Delegates will be required to complete and return a “Delegate Information” questionnaire issued by the Organiser on receipt of the Delegate Registration Form. This information will only be used for the conference material produced and to facilitate the networking sessions.
Cancellation and Curtailment
If a Registered Delegate is unable to attend the Event, he/she may nominate a substitute of equal standing within their Company. A substitute delegate must be nominated within a week of cancellation and must be approved by the Organiser in advance in order to avoid cancellation charges being applied.
If any Delegate is unable to attend and an approved substitute is not available, the following refunds will apply:
Payment by Credit Card
All credit card transactions will be processed in USD equivalent to the GBP/Euro amount signed in this contract. International Transaction and Forex fees if any applied your bank will be borne by the delegate.
Payment by Amex
We can accept payment by Amex, but there is a 2% surcharge to cover their charges. Amex transactions will be processed in USD at the rate of the day so the final amount charged may vary very slightly from the actual fee listed here.
The data controller is the Organiser. The Organiser may disclose such personal information to Registered Event Sellers (Solution Providers) and other Delegates but solely for the purposes of the Event. The Delegate consents to the use of his/her personal and company information on the terms set out herein.
This Agreement may not be transferred or assigned by either the Delegate or the Delegate’s Company. The Organiser will determine the scope and content of the conference, seminars, workshops and activities throughout the Event. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel the Event without liability to Delegate’s Company or individual Delegate. If for any reason the Organiser has to cancel or postpone this Event, the Organiser reserves the right to transfer this Booking to another Event within the same sector to be held within twelve months. Should another Event in the same sector not be available within this period, any fees paid will be refunded.
“These terms and conditions are binding upon the parties of this Agreement. This Agreement is governed by Indian law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Pune courts.”
