Anik is an M&A specialist who has led several marquee transactions worth billions of dollars – domestic / cross-border, buy-side / sell-side, standard / stressed assets – across various sectors. He has vast experience in M&A, valuation, due diligence, regulatory compliances, IPO & QIP issues, statutory audits, taxation and inspections.
He is currently with Group M&A Reliance Industries Limited, Mumbai. Previously, he has worked with Deutsche Bank (Investment Banking – Australia), E&Y and Chaturvedi & Shah.
He has delivered several talks pan-India and authored several papers in various professional journals / newsletters.
He grew up in Mumbai and completed B.Com. from N.M. College. He holds an M.Com. degree from University of Mumbai, is a Chartered Accountant and has completed PGP in Management from Indian School of Business
