Erik Karlsson has been working for Ericsson as a Strategic Intelligence Analyst for the past three years. Most of his duties involve helping analysts, marketing and sales professionals to generate actionable market insights from structured and unstructured data Before starting as a Strategic Intelligence Analyst, Erik spent seven years within supply chain and forecasting, producing Demand Forecasts to dimension Ericsson’s supply chain. By using the same core concept: business and data he now supports the wider organization with his data modeling and analytical expertise. Erik has managed several successful analytical projects recognized for their short implementation time combined with high quality. He received a national research award for his work within sustainable supply chain for the EU. In his spare time, Erik enjoys reading psychology, training full contact Karate and cooking. He lives in a retro inspired apartment from the 40s in Stockholm, Sweden with his partner.
