Anders joined Ultraleap in February 2017. Over his 20+ years in innovation and Hi-tech, he has worked in a variety of commercial and strategic roles, from automotive and gaming to tech startups and strategy consulting. Prior to Ultraleap he was a Director and member of the London management team at Fjord, Accenture’s Digital Design & Innovation company, and Head of Strategic Business Development, EMEA, for frog Design.

Anders holds an MBA from Kenan-Flagler Business School, UNC-Chapel Hill, and an MSc in Industrial Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology, Sweden.

Through April 2021 Matt was the Chief Strategy Officer for Talespin where he drove strategic growth since 2017 through identification, planning, and integration of XR solutions for enterprise training and task execution. In this role Matt worked closely with Fortune 100 companies to drive technology adoption at scale. Before joining Talespin Matt founded Zylter Solutions Lab, working closely with a diverse set of early-stage Tech Builders and enterprise Tech Seekers to guide adoption of autonomous ground vehicles, unmanned aerial systems, extended reality (XR) and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions. Prior to founding Zylter, Matt spent seven years’ as a researcher for the RAND Corporation with over 30 peer-reviewed studies and publications, as well as fifteen years as a U.S. Army soldier, West Point cadet, and officer. Matt is currently in transition to take a new role as Senior Lead for Defense Innovation & Strategy for General Motors.

With a focus on creating value and ROI for its members, his goal is to develop a robust and active ecosystem for AR. His background includes a strong interest in mobile, AR, VR, and IoT and he is excited to work with enterprises, providers and research organizations to the benefit and growth of AR within the enterprise.
