Sandeep Singhal is a Senior Advisor and Investment Committee member at Avaana Capital, investing in Climate Action and Sustainability areas. He represents Avaana on the board of Alpha Vector (India’s leading new age bicycle brand). Sandeep co-founded Nexus Venture Partners in 2006 and grew its AUM to $1.5 billion and an active portfolio of over 75 companies before transitioning to a Senior Advisor role in October 2021. Sandeep continues to represent Nexus on the boards of Creliohealth (healthcare diagnostics cloud solutions), Eka Software Solutions (supply chain, sustainability and financial management for commodities), Intellolabs (leading horticulture exchange and agri supply chain digitization), Pando (logistics cloud and networked freight management), Sedemac (engine and motor controls), Sohan Lal Commodity Management (agri-logistics and financing solutions), Suminter India Organics (organic agriculture exports) and Uniken (Enterprise security in Financial Services).
Prior to Nexus, Sandeep was co-founder & CEO of Medusind Solutions, a leading healthcare outsourcing provider that was acquired by a US private equity firm. He co-founded and led eVentures India in 1999 with investments in CustomerAsset (acquired by Firstsource), MakeMyTrip (NASDAQ:MMYT), and Netmagic Solutions (acquired by NTT). He has held senior roles at McKinsey & Company, Digital Equipment and EDA Systems.
Sandeep has an MBA (with Distinction) from The Wharton School with a dual Major in Finance and Marketing, and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University. He is on the Board of TiE Mumbai and is actively involved with the Wharton and Stanford India Alumni Associations and various philanthropic organizations.
Steve joined the Operations Advisor program in 2022 with over 30 years of Global Sales and Marketing leadership experience.
Recently retired as the Chief Revenue Officer of Coupa Software Steve was responsible for driving the company’s strategy and execution on all revenue-connected aspects of the business. During Steve’s tenure, the company had a successful IPO on NASDAQ and continued to experience explosive year over year growth.
Prior to Coupa, Steve was Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Operations at Marketo another NASDAQ company where he led the expansion from SMB to Enterprise.
A strategic executive with more than 30 years of experience, Steve previously held a number of key global leadership positions at SAP including Global Head of Emerging Solutions, Managing Director SAP UKI, Chief Operating Officer (COO) SAP North America, and Executive Vice President Enterprise Sales.
Steve joined SAP in 2005 after a 12-year tenure with PeopleSoft, where he held various sales and executive sales management roles
Steve was a founding partner of Sagebrook Technology Partners, where he focused on investment portfolio management, technology acquisitions, and organizational development from 1999 to 2003. In addition to his time with Sagebrook, Steve also served as interim CEO/president of Isochron Data Corporation from July 2000 through June 2001.
Steve holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration of computer information systems from Georgia State University. Steve currently sits on the Board of Directors for Ziosk and Alida

Eric has a rich history in the technology sector, drawing on 30 years' experience in global sales,
consulting services, marketing and customer support, and includes global and senior leadership
positions at SAP and Oracle. Prior to joining Finastra, he was Chief Customer Officer and a member of
the Management Board at Software AG.
He holds a master’s degree in economics and finance, as well as a business degree. He also
completed the advanced management program at the Institut Européen d'Administration des
Affaires (INSEAD).
Eric hails from France, France and is married to Fé from Brazil. He has a passion for music and starred
in a rock band in the 1980s.
uMiha Bobič, born 4.9.1972, holds PhD from mathematical modeling of dynamic systems from University of Ljubljana. He served in Danfoss as R&D head for 18 years being active in field of valves, actuators, electronic controls, heat exchangers, small, large and flat energy transfer stations, optimization and monitoring Software. 2017 he started DEN vertical, with aim to digitalize and vertically integrate product offering in district energy systems. 2019 he become Vice president of DEN business unit. Between 2004 and 2019 he participated in various business and administration courses on various business schools (Iedc, Insead, Ashridge and IMD). Besides this Miha Bobic is active member of standardization bodies, Slovenian national innovation committee, Chamber of commerce, Fraunhofer institute and lectures on some engineering schools. He is also president of Slovenian national initiative Let’s be engineers, which promotes engineering among youth, especially girls. Since 1996 he also published several articles from field of mechanical engineering, electrotechnics, management of innovation, economics and human resources. He is frequent guest on business and innovation conferences.
