G. Michael Alder is Director of the Office Technology Transfer, for Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah. He is also the Chairman of the National Centers of Excellence and a member of the Investment Committee of KickStart Seed Venture Fund. In 2006 moved to BYU and retired as a partner with Redmont Venture Partners, Inc. in Birmingham, Alabama and as the Executive Director of the Biotechnology Association of Alabama. Erika Csatary joined The Ohio State University Technology Commercialization Office as a Licensing Analyst in 2021, moving to Columbus, OH from Atlanta, GA, where she graduated with her PhD in organic chemistry from Emory University. She currently works within many aspects of the technology transfer continuum, from evaluation and IP protection, to marketing, negotiation, and licensing. She is an AUTM and LES member.

He serves as an independent board member at Crown Electrokinetics Inc (NASDAQ: CRKN), an energy saving technology company. He was on the Board of AUTM FROM 2012-14. He is widely recognized as a global intellectual property strategist working with government and universities in Poland, Japan, India, Turkey, Brazil, South Korea, Ukraine and many other countries.

An avid bicyclist, Tiny Home Mogul, and past Olympic volunteer, when Glen is not cultivating talent for your organization, you can find him on the mountain bike trail in the summer, spring, and fall, and the ski slopes during the winter.
