Harun is a senior consultant, product design director and a UX generalist.  For the past several years Harun has been leading design initiatives for major financial  services companies including Goldman Sachs, Tradeweb, UBS and Citi, guiding global teams to deliver successful  B2C, B2B enterprise products and strategies. Harun is also an educator. He has drafted and taught design curriculums at Boston University and at his alma mater, Massachusetts College of Art and Design.

She has helped companies from the Tribune Companies, AT&T, to McDonald’s and now at Facebook shape their future landscape by taking the research from just abstract numbers to involving company stakeholders in the world of their customers. She is currently an Experience Researcher and Strategist at Facebook working on projects and topics at the 40,000-foot level. She lives to understand users and to design beautiful and useful experiences, services and products, and has a thorough understanding of the value visual storytelling has to build a brand within a business and consumer context.

Tonja brings with her 25 years of experience in user-centered design. Her career has spanned both client and agency side, with a focus over the past 8 years in telecom (Rogers) and financial (TD Bank) OMNI channel experiences. She has a fierce passion for getting the experience right and is focused on transforming the way her teams approach product design, consistently looking for ways to innovate through applying Design Thinking methodologies.

In her spare time pre-covid, Tonja loves to travel, visiting over 36 countries.

Christian Rudolph - Product Design Manager, HSBC Commercial Banking Asia Pacific Christian started off as a designer 15 years ago - he holds a degree from the university of Hertfordshire. He has an array of varied experience, initially, as a co-founder of a successful software start-up in 2010, years as an independent freelance design consultant and lastly working for a large multinational giving him a broad scope on internal and external, large and small scale industry operations. His experience encompasses multiple sectors such as FMCG, Telematics, Blockchain, Fintech, Banking and Payments in locations spanning from South Africa, Botswana, England and China. He is passionate about design, design thinking, customer experience, user experience, technology and how these all fuse together.
