He has drafted and taught design curriculums at Boston University and at his alma mater, Massachusetts College of Art and Design.

She has a fierce passion for getting the experience right and is focused on transforming the way her teams approach product design, consistently looking for ways to innovate through applying Design Thinking methodologies.

In her spare time pre-covid, Tonja loves to travel, visiting over 36 countries.

Christian Rudolph - Product Design Manager, HSBC Commercial Banking Asia Pacific Christian started off as a designer 15 years ago - he holds a degree from the university of Hertfordshire. He has an array of varied experience, initially, as a co-founder of a successful software start-up in 2010, years as an independent freelance design consultant and lastly working for a large multinational giving him a broad scope on internal and external, large and small scale industry operations. His experience encompasses multiple sectors such as FMCG, Telematics, Blockchain, Fintech, Banking and Payments in locations spanning from South Africa, Botswana, England and China. He is passionate about design, design thinking, customer experience, user experience, technology and how these all fuse together.
