    A minute’s walk from the Chicago River, this upscale hotel is 5 minutes’ walk from the Grand-Red L train station and less than a mile from the Art Institute of Chicago.

    The casual rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows with city or river views. All have luxe linens, Wi-Fi (fee) and 55-inch flat-screen TVs, plus minibars and coffeemakers. Suites add living areas with pull-out sofas. Some rooms have access to an executive lounge. Room service is available.
