Archie Mayani

SVP and Chief Product Officer, Change Health Care

Archie Mayani is the SVP and Chief Product Officer leading Change Healthcare’s Clinical Decision Support business. In her role, she provides product vision and leadership for product development teams delivering evidence-based clinical content through a unified technology platform for payors and providers to drive value-based care. In her prior role at Change Healthcare, she provided product leadership for our global Enterprise Imaging business building the next-generation cloud-native clinical and workflow solutions for Enterprise Imaging. 

Prior to her current role, she served as the Head for Product and Content Operations at Amazon, the VP/GM for Optum Prevention Business in North America and Global Markets and the Sr. Director for Medicaid for Optum Population Health Management.  

Archie is passionate about healthcare and global health issues and has devoted more than 20 years to the field. She started her career as a biomedical engineer developing an image-guided spinal surgery application. She progressed through diverse product and business roles at GE Healthcare, Philips Healthcare, and Milliman Care Guidelines. 

An inclusive and inspirational leader, she is driven by the purpose of healthcare. An engaging orator, she has spoken at healthcare conferences and forums around the world. She has evangelized healthcare products, influenced local and state-level healthcare reform policies, and podcasted on innovations that leverage technology to improve human health and well-being. She holds patents in areas of Image Processing and has been featured in various scientific journals and publications. 

Archie earned her master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Florida, and her MBA in Mergers and Acquisitions from the University of Warwick, UK. She sits on the Board of National Diversity Council and is committed to promoting women of color in leadership. She is a long-distance runner and is very active in community-based health and education projects.

Subha has spent the past thirty years in technology executive leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies in Chemical, Pharma, Media, Retail, Technology, and HealthCare sectors and has also founded a technology startup. He is a passionate IT leader, technologist, futurist, and digital health evangelist who applies technology to solve problems. Currently, he consults and advises Healthcare, DigitalHealth, and Insurtech firms on business strategy, IT operations, R&D, Innovation, and emerging technology. Most recently as the Senior Director at Babylon a DigitalHealth global primary care organization, he led planning and delivery across the engineering organization. Prior to Babylon, as a Sr. Director of Innovation R&D at Cigna (a F12 Healthcare), he led a team focused on research of emerging and disruptive technologies. His expertise includes applying Cloud, IT Operations, Mobile Computing, DigitalHealth, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Internet of Things, Wearable’s, and other disruptive technologies like Blockchain to solve customer centric innovations which improve top and bottomline. 

He served on the board of HartfordInsurTechHub.com to drive InsurTech startup innovation in Connecticut. This is a startup accelerator created by a joint effort with other industry leaders to innovate in many insurance technology areas. He often speaks in health and insurance technology conferences about digital health, health engagement, and using technology to get better health outcomes

Subha has an MBA from Cornell University, a MS in Industrial Systems Engineering from LSU, and a B. Tech in Chemical Engineering from Anna University, India. He was recognized with American Red Cross (ARC) president’s award for his leadership to restore communication during Katrina relief efforts. He lives with his wife and two children in West Nyack, New York, practices DigitalHealth, enjoys disruptive technology, travel, and cooking nutritious, spicy/fusion food. He was recognized as one of the top 5 chefs from over 20,000 applicants in Masterchef USA cooking competition in 2019.

Tobias Silberzahn is a trained biochemist and immunologist and works as a Partner in McKinsey’s Berlin office where he is a member of the Healthcare and Innovation Practice. The focus areas of his work are healthcare innovation, health tech business-building and digital transformation.
 
Tobias leads the global Health Tech Network, a community of >1500 health tech CEOs/Founders, where he hosts the quarterly Health Tech CEO Roundtable. As part of his work, Tobias also hosts the MedTech R&D Industry Roundtable and publishes the "eHealth Monitor Germany", an annual book about the digitization of the German health system.
Within McKinsey, Tobias leads the Health & Wellbeing program for employees, focused on sleep, nutrition, stress management and fitness, that was recently awarded the Brandon Hall HCM Excellence Award in Gold.

Furthermore, I am responsible for product strategy, client relationships, analyzing financial/business plans and overseeing project/programs. My previous roles at IBM Watson Health and IBM Cloud focused on clinical and operational initiatives focused on care management and genomics. Prior to IBM, I led highly successful initiatives at GE Capital, GE Healthcare and Oracle Healthcare.

I hold a PhD in Computer Science, a Masters/Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA in Finance from New York University.
