Manish Dave comes with a rich industry experience of 30 years in various IT functions be it Infrastructure & Operations, Networks, data center mgmt etc . Of these, 18+ years are dedicated to the Information Security domain whereby he has been instrumental in implementing international security standards & frameworks like BS7799, ISO 27001 & SOX in large Indian & MNC organizations like Holcim, Essar, ABB and Larsen & Toubro. 

In his last role as APAC Head IT Security & Compliance with Lafargeholcim (a global building materials manufacturing group), he was driving the cyber-security program in India, South East Asia & Australia/New Zealand. By keeping abreast of the technology trends, he has developed and executed operational strategies to promote organizational growth and optimal utilization of emerging technologies. He has led large deployment programs on security solutions like DLP,VDI, IAM,NAC etc. He also holds security certifications like SANS GSEC, CISM, ISO27001 auditor etc. and has also won multiple awards for his contribution to the Info-Sec domain.

Karthik Srivathsa is a vice president of healthcare engineering at Rauland-Borg Corporation, leading the development and validation of life safety grade nurse call system platforms at the edge, and enterprise applications for the acute care and long-term care markets.

He is the technical co-chair of the NEMA BSB-2 industry group and leading the modernization of the nurse call standard. Additionally, he is a STP member on the UL 2900-2-1 (healthcare cybersecurity) ANSI/UL 1069 (acute care nurse call) and ANSI/UL 2560 (assisted /independent living emergency call systems) standards committees. He has contributed to the AAMI/UL 2800-1 (medical device interoperability) standard and is a member of the NEMA AI council driving the design of smart buildings.

He holds a master’s in electrical engineering from LSU, master’s in engineering management and a master’s in business administration from the Kellogg School of management at Northwestern University.

He is passionate about using his experience in IoMT, cybersecurity, medical device interoperability and AI at the edge to prevent patient falls, prevent staff alert fatigue, enable  telehealth and remote monitoring of elders, and shift the continuum of care closer to the home or at home.

Nantha Ram has been an information technology professional with over thirteen years of extensive experience in IT and OT security that includes architecture, technology evaluations, deployments, and operations across all security domains. Recently, He joined 3M TCOE as Leader - Cyber Security Operations. Where he leads Cyber security and technology compliance functions. In his previous roles as the Head IT & OT Security for TVS Motor Company Ltd., He was responsible for implementing and managing security in the IT and OT area. His efforts have been well recognized by the organizations he has worked in and across the industry. He is the winner of the Top 50 Bold CISO Award 2020, Top 100 CISO Awards for successive years 2020 through 2022, InfoSec Maestros Awards 2021, etc.,

He holds BE, PGDIT, and leading security certifications viz CEH, CCSP, ISO27001 LA, Advanced Certification in Cyber Laws, etc.,

Mahesh is seasoned strategy and consulting professional and has advised leading global conglomerates on their strategic imperatives ranging from Market Entry to GTM. He is currently leading the Client Services initiative at MarketsandMarkets and assisting his clients in developing market winning strategies and grow their revenue through MarketsandMarkets Engagement Model.

Arthi leads the cybersecurity product line at Nexus Controls, a Baker Hughes business, laying the technical and commercial strategy to provide end-to-end cybersecurity solutions to industrial customers in their digital transformation journey. Over the last 13 years, she has led multiple impactful projects in mining, marine and energy industries in the areas of electrical and control system design, new product development, project management, Lean Six Sigma, cost-out and lifecycle management.

Arthi holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Electrical Engineering (EE), and an MBA from Rice University. She is passionate about, and has led multiple initiatives in women empowerment, professional development, promoting STEM in students, diversity and inclusion within Baker Hughes and outside with non-profit organizations.
