Rebecca Liebert is executive vice president, PPG. She joined the company in June 2018 and leads PPG's global industrial and automotive OEM coatings businesses, including the company's mobility initiatives. She also oversees the company's Asia Pacific region and has functional responsibility for global procurement and industrial segment manufacturing, which includes resin production. In her most recent role with Honeywell UOP, Liebert served as president and chief executive officer. Honeywell UOP is a leading international supplier and technology licensor for the petroleum refining, gas processing, petrochemical production and major manufacturing industries. During her career with Honeywell, she had also served as senior vice president and general manager, catalyst absorbents and specialties, UOP; senior vice president and general manager, gas processing and hydrogen; and vice president and general manager, electronics materials. Prior to joining Honeywell, Liebert served as president, Reynolds Food packaging, Alcoa KAMA.

Sujan was born in Bangladesh in 1977. He studied Bachelor & master’s in Pharmacy. He did his MBA in Management and Marketing from IBA, DU, Bangladesh. He has completed leadership courses in Babson college, Boston. His working areas are in Chemical, Pharmaceutical and Construction industries. He was the Sr. Vice President of Bangladesh-German Chamber, FICCI and other chambers. In his current capacity, Sujan is working as CEO, Coatings Solutions at BASF. Sujan is also well known in Automotive industry as a representative from BASF Coatings, which is the leading supplier of innovative coatings to OEMS.

Theodore Clark the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of H.B. Fuller Company a NYSE listed global adhesives and sealants manufacturer.

Mr. Clark was previously the Co-Founder of Royal Holding Inc. and President and Chief Executive Officer and Director of Royal Adhesives & Sealants LLC, a global manufacturer of Adhesives & Sealants for the transportation, assembly and construction industries.

Mr. Clark is also a Director of Boulder Scientific Inc. a leading manufacturer of specialty chemicals used throughout the United States and internationally by companies in the plastics, microelectronics, defense and aerospace industries. He was previously a director of MPD Laboratories Inc. a leading manufacturer of acrylate and organosilicon monomers used for healthcare applications including dental technologies, bio medical, wound care and contact & intraocular lenses and Director of Nusil LLC a leading silicone manufacturer and supplier to the medical and aerospace industry.

Mr. Clark is also on the Foundation Board of Directors for USC Verdugo Hills Hospital in La Canada California.

Gustavo Soares is a senior professional with over 20 years of experience in the chemical industry leading companies. During his career he has held different leadership positions in the areas of research and product development, strategic marketing and sales of specialties in the construction industry. In recent years he is global responsible for the Coatings and Tile Adhesive Mortars market segments at WACKER, developing and aligning the global strategies and value propositions for these segments.

Dr. Barry Snyder is Senior Vice President and Chief Operations and Supply Chain

Officer at Axalta Coating Systems. He previously served as the Company's Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer. Before joining Axalta, Dr. Snyder was Senior Vice President & Chief Innovation Officer at Orion Engineered Carbons, where he was responsible for Global R&D and Quality Assurance. From 2008 through 2012, Dr. Snyder was Vice President, Marketing & Technology and Chief Technology Officer at H.B. Fuller Company, where he oversaw 15 laboratories on four continents. At Celanese, between 2007 and 2008, he was Global Technology Director for the company’s emulsions and polyvinyl alcohol division. From 1990 to 2006 Dr. Snyder held a number of positions of increasingly broad scope and responsibility at Rohm and Haas.

Dr. Snyder earned a Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry from Harvard University, an

M.B.A. from Temple University and B.S. and M.S. degrees in Chemistry from Emory University.
