Sameer currently works in the capacity of Associate Director - ICT Research and Advisory practice. The role encompasses handling consulting projects and working closely with the subscription and outbound sales teams for various client requirements in the domain.

With a total work experience above seventeen years, Sameer has more than fourteen years of experience in the IT/ITES space and prior to joining MarketsandMarkets, Sameer worked as a Consultant serving the Business Technology Professionals at Forrester Research. He came to Forrester through its acquisition of Springboard Research. At Forrester, Sameer was engaged in managing research projects and communicated directly with clients, internal resources (i.e., sales, research), and third party vendors to address queries and manage expectations to create high quality project deliverables. In this role, he has single-handedly driven projects that included deliverables in the shape of data modeling, trend analysis, market-sizing, end-user requirements, competitive profiling, etc. At Springboard he handled multiple projects such as hardware specific tracker focusing the South-East Asia market, healthcare trends in Asia-Pacific (including telemedicine) etc. to name a few.

Prior to joining Springboard, he was with WNS Global Services where he worked as a Senior Analyst. The role saw him working on different verticals across the industry including technology, life-sciences and finance for collating important industry movement like mergers and acquisitions and also track various management movements across the globe. He was also involved in analyzing market trends to provide insights to clients pertaining the technology sector.

Sameer has done Masters in Business Administration in International Business and Finance from Amity Business School, Noida (U.P.) and his graduation from Delhi University.

RAHUL BHUMAN, MS, MBA, has more than 18 years of leadership experience across three continents in startup investment, corporate development, corporate strategy, business development, sales and software development. He has worked across telecommunications, federal government, energy, financial services, semiconductors, and consulting. At Tech Mahindra, he is VP of Emerging Business. He is also a adjunct faculty at University of California Santa Cruz Extension campus. Bhuman has a master’s degree in Computer Science from Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago and an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the Indian School of Business where he continues to work as a startup business mentor at the school’s Atal Incubation Center. Formerly he was an advisor to the UC Berkeley Garwood Center of Innovation and Technology Pioneers selection committee at the World Economic Forum. In addition to teaching, he serves as an advisor to UCSC Silicon Valley Extension Artificial Intelligence program. Rahul is also on the Advisory Board of High Tech High Heels, a not profit organization with a mission to increase the number of girls entering into a college-level degree program in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM).

As the Business Head, Product & Strategy at Click2Cloud, Rupal is leading the global business relationship with Microsoft Azure, Alibaba Cloud, Huawei, T-Systems, and SoftBank Cloud and helping on Go-To-Market with their enterprise customers.

She is passionate about strategies and the Open Source community. She is an Outreach Committee lead at Centaurus a NextGen 5G cloud & SODA Foundation community under Linux Foundation. Also, she has a personal interest to build an ecosystem. Apart from her professional career, she along with her team am pushing the boundaries, to make a difference in youth empowerment and women in tech– the upcoming Leaders in India.

As MVP, Rupal is helping Alibaba & SoftBank Cloud to manage and grow their Cloud business; key focus on hybrid workloads through Click2Cloud’s Cloud Assessment & Multi-Cloud Management solution offerings at large scale. She is also working with Microsoft Consulting Services (MCS) & product leadership to implement the strategy for “Technical Talent Management” and “Azure Migrate” & execute it Worldwide. Rupal has been a speaker in top technology conferences across the globe.

She has deep international experience in startups and enterprises to develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) plans for cloud migration or similar services with cloud customers.

Anirban is a cloud transformation specialist with over 21 years of experience in working with fortune 100 enterprises on complex cloud migration, C suite consulting, workplace modernization, technology transformation tied to business outcomes and holistic cloud strategy creation.
