Pawan was a member of the team that initiated the Risk business at Thomson Reuters in 2008. He was eventually appointed as the Chief Strategy Officer of the business where he led several acquisitions and created new growth vectors. He then became the Managing Director of the Risk business for Africa, Russia and the Middle East. He is an alumni of The Georgia Institute of Technology and Georgia State University.

Scott Helfstein, PhD is the Head of Market Strategy and Thematic Portfolios at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management responsible for developing and communicating global investment advice as well as building and managing thematic portfolios. Scott is an Adjunct Scholar at the Modern War Institute at West Point and Senior Fellow at the Center for Cyber and Homeland Security at The George Washington University (GW). Before joining Morgan Stanley, Scott was Senior Investment Strategist in a global macro and relative value team at BNY Mellon Investment Management. He served as the Director of Research at West Point’s Combating Terrorism Center and as Assistant Professor in the Department of Social Science at the United States Military Academy from 2008 to 2014. He holds a Joint Doctorate in Public Policy and Political Science from the University of Michigan and a Master’s Degree in War Studies from King’s College, London. From 1999 to 2002, Scott was an investment banker at Credit Suisse First Boston. He also worked at the Federal Reserve Board of Governors from 1997 to 1999. Scott holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from GW, is a member of the Economic Club of New York, and was a Term Member in the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR).

Michael Luh is the Vice-President of Strategy & Innovation at Worthington Industries to change the trajectory of Worthington in the future.  Prior to joining Worthington, Michael spent 20 years at Procter & Gamble (P&G) leading design innovation for some of P&G’s largest brands such as Pampers®. He was co-director of P&G’s clay street project, a companywide innovation and problem-solving process.  His work resulted in the successful re-launch of the Herbal Essences® and Pampers® brands.  While at the clay street project, he also led the reinvention of P&G’s packaging process, the largest manufacturing process shift in P&G history.  Additionally, Michael worked in the Corporate New Ventures division of P&G looking for new business lines, resulting in the purchase of The Iams Company, The PUR Company and eventually Gillette.

He has a master’s degree in industrial design from the University of Cincinnati and a BS and MS in mechanical engineering from NCSU.

Prakash is currently Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Digital Reasoning Systems, Inc., a software company (SaaS) that is offering AI/cognitive computing applications for Financial Services and Healthcare markets. Digital Reasoning’s investors include Goldman Sachs, BNP Paribas, Barclays, Credit Suisse, Nasdaq, Macquarie, Lemhi Ventures and HCA. During his tenure, the company closed two rounds of financing totalling to $75 million and also completed an acquisition of a medium sized healthcare company.
Prior to Digital Reasoning, he was CFO of Polyera Corporation. During his tenure, the company raised over $50 million in funding from various investors over two rounds. He was previously CFO of Nordic Windpower when the company raised over $60 million in equity and debt during his time. Prakash also spent 5 years as CFO at Novariant Inc. when the company raised over $40 million in venture equity & debt and closed two key strategic acquisitions and the company grew its revenues more than ten-fold during his time.
Previously, Prakash spent over 10 years in Hong Kong in various financial roles including 5 years as CFO of Sonex Group, where the revenues grew from $100 million to $300 million during his tenure by expanding into a number of new countries in Asia and Latin America.
Prakash has a masters’ degree in Management from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business (Sloan Fellows Program). He is a Chartered Accountant from India and is also a Chartered Management Accountant of U.K.

Gold joined Cars.com in 2018 from Alphabet, where he was most recently Head of Strategy & Operations for YouTube’s Emerging Markets Product Partnerships organization. In that role he helped increase penetration of YouTube into its next billion users. Previously, he served on the leadership team for Google Consumer Surveys, where he helped build a two-sided marketplace for an emerging market research business within the Alphabet ecosystem. Gold began his career as a consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he advised Fortune 500 companies and private equity funds on strategy, operations, and organizational design issues. He was also a Fellow at the McKinsey Global Institute.
