Serial entrepreneur that combines strong strategic, technological and managerial experience with proven track record of deal-making and fund-raising. During his career he achieved together with his different teams to bring four drug candidates from research to the clinics (up to phase IIb). Overall, Eric has raised as of now a total of more than €170 million from VCs and strategic partners in Europe, USA, Japan and Korea and have had numerous successes in the sale and initial public offering of biotechnology companies. He is CEO of the biotechnology company PDC*line Pharma and board member of Essenscia (Bio.be). Eric is co-founder of four biotechnology companies called Myosix (bought by Genzyme mid-2002), Murigenetics, HairClone and Digital Orthopaedics. He is co-Inventor of the first GMP approved mobile manufacturing unit for cell therapy. Eric worked for 12 years in the Healthcare and Life Sciences Practice of Arthur D. Little. Eric holds two master’s degrees in pharmacology and Molecular Biology and a MBA from ESSEC business school (Paris, France), with an advanced degree from the Health Care ESSEC chair.

Sarah Rosenblum is the Senior Director of Sales & Marketing at Packaging Compliance Labs (PCL).  Sarah serves as PCL’s ear to the industry with her involvement in many trade groups.  Currently, she is co-leading initiatives for Kilmer Innovations (KiiP) in Aseptic Presentation and serving as a board member for the Medical Device Packaging Technical Committee (MDPTC) of the Institute of Packaging Professionals (IoPP). After starting her career at an advertising agency in Chicago, she had a desire to make a difference with her work.  Following her father being diagnosed with Parkinson’s, she decided to take her talents to PCL in 2016 with the initiative to help advance the medical and pharmaceutical industries through packaging.  Sarah is a continuous student in the field of packaging engineering and always looks for new opportunities to learn from her mentors, peers, and colleagues. 

Dr Ashesh Kumar is the CEO, Director of Biologics & Licensing at Paras Biopharmaceuticals Finland Oy.  Dr Kumar is responsible for the organisation’s Biologics development program including the development of Biosimilars (for Osteoporosis, Metabolic and Oncology).  Dr Kumar successfully developed and out-licensed biosimilar technologies for scale-up production of biologics & biosimilars in Europe & Asia. 

Prior to Paras Biopharmaceuticals, Dr. Kumar was Head Director of Medipolis GMP Oy in Finland for six years and Head of the cGMP Biopharma team in Europe where he guided a team that successfully developed and licensed a key biosimilar technology for scale-up production in Europe.  Dr. Kumar’s group was responsible for carrying out more than 8 Process Development and cGMP biopharmaceuticals development projects.  Dr. Kumar attended Harvard Business School (USA), holds a management degree from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies and an MS & Ph.D. in Biosciences & Biotechnology from IIT - Roorkee, India.
