Deep is the President & Chief Revenue Officer for Cloud4C, a global Cloud Managed Services company, which helps Large & mid sized enterprise in their cloud transformation journeys and become truly “ Cloud Native” to drive higher operating efficiency, agility and customer experience. Previously as the President & MD for SAP India & South Asia, he was integral part of SAP’s Senior Executive Team in Asia Pacific & Japan. Under his leadership SAP India & South Asia was the fastest growth region globally, and established SAP as a “Trusted Advisor” for CXO’s of ET 500 companies as their preferred Digital Transformation partner. SAP in India was ranked as the No. 1 Best Places to work by “Great Place to Work” for consecutive years. SAP's Brand position improved significantly under his leadership, in terms of "Share of Voice" and "Employer of Choice". Deep was a key member of SAP’s Diversity & Inclusion Program across APJ…..25% of his leadership team were women. He has been instrumental in envisaging social impact programs for Digital Inclusion and literacy….”Code Unnati” which have touched the lives of more than 2Mn youth.

He orchestrated SAP to be not just relevant to this emerging scenario, but to take pole position as a social partner to CXO’s & Executive Boards’ in South Asia. Deep is known to lead with Purpose, Passion & Persistence. Prior to SAP, he has held various sales & market leadership positions in companies like IBM & DEC (HP). He is a strong believer in creating meaningful, long-term relationships with customers and partners,
built on trust and collaboration, and that his organization has the vision, passion and tools to support
and accelerate Finastra customers’ transformation journey.
Eric has a rich history in the technology sector, drawing on 30 years' experience in global sales,
consulting services, marketing and customer support, and includes global and senior leadership
positions at SAP and Oracle. Prior to joining Finastra, he was Chief Customer Officer and a member of
the Management Board at Software AG.
He holds a master’s degree in economics and finance, as well as a business degree. He also
completed the advanced management program at the Institut Européen d'Administration des
Affaires (INSEAD).
Eric hails from France, France and is married to Fé from Brazil. He has a passion for music and starred
in a rock band in the 1980s.
