What are the recent developments and technological advancements?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A. Many, but I would say evaluate epigenetic alterations on liquid biopsies<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Q. Hdac inhibitors cannot be considered pure anticancer drugs, at least in solid tumors where should rather use as biological modifiers to be combined with &nbsp;other treatment approach to potentiate antocancsr effects and prevent\/revert mechanism of resistance&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Q.
